Common pricing questions

Can I use multiple StokeForge products together?
Yes — each product is priced and billed separately. Many manufacturers use Quoting and Production together. All products share the same login and dashboard.
Is there a free trial?
Quoting and Production offer a 14-day free trial with no credit card required. Strategy requires a demo call first given its complexity — book one and we'll walk you through it.
Can I switch tiers mid-cycle?
You can upgrade at any time and the difference is prorated. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle. Strategy plans are annual, so downgrading applies at renewal.
What counts as a "user" in Production?
Anyone who logs into the Production app counts as a user. Shopfloor workers who only scan items via the mobile app do not count toward your seat limit.
Who is the Strategy Consultant tier for?
Management consultants and fractional executives who run strategic planning for multiple client companies. You get up to 50 siloed client accounts, branded PDF exports, and cross-client insights — all from one login.
Do you offer volume or annual discounts on Quoting and Production?
Not currently. We keep pricing simple: one monthly price, no annual lock-in required. Enterprise pricing is available for shops needing more than 50 users or custom limits.
