Yes. The system uses IMAP, which is compatible with Gmail, Outlook, IONOS, and most business email hosts.
What if AI misidentifies a product?
You correct it in the inbox UI using a dropdown. The correction is logged and used to improve future extractions — the system learns from every fix.
Can I customize the quote email?
Yes. Email templates support variables for customer name, quote number, and line items. Separate templates for AI-generated inbox replies and direct sends.
