"I started my company to build things but quickly learned I needed expert guidance. Consultants quoted me anywhere from $15,000 to $50,000 for a generic plan that didn't fit my business. That's why I built StokeForge Strategy. Gathering data should start with the real experts: employees, customers, and company leaders. StokeForge Strategy collects and scores this key data then supercharges a custom plan."

AI-powered

SMART goal generation

Human-Powered Vision. AI-Curated Smart Goals

Not a template. Fully crafted goals developed from your own data and initiatives.

Upload an RFQ, paste an email thread, drop in a link. The AI reads everything and populates a SMART goal with content your team didn't have to write from scratch.

S

Specific

Scope, requirements, and success criteria extracted from uploaded resources.

M

Measurable

An ordered checklist of concrete to-dos that appear directly on the Initiative Lead's dashboard.

A

Actionable

Best practices, questions surfaced from documents, suggested tools (Trello, Google Workspace, PandaDoc), and recommended books.

R

Relevant

A warning system against scope creep and weakness-driven distractions — backed by PMI research, FranklinCovey, and B2B sales benchmarks.

T

Time-bound

AI-suggested deadline with rationale extracted from RFQ evaluation dates, contracts, and meeting notes.

S

Expand into aerospace RFQ market

Initiative Lead: Maria T. · Due: June 30

On track

Specific

Respond to Lockheed Martin RFQ #LM-2026-4471 for precision fixture components. Deliverables: 3 prototypes by May 15, full production run of 200 units by June 30.

Measurable

Submit non-disclosure agreement
Review drawing package (Rev C)
Request material certifications from vendor
Submit prototype quote by April 22
Schedule engineering review call

Relevant — Warning

PMI research shows 47% of strategic initiatives fail due to scope expansion after initial approval. Lock the spec before committing engineering hours. Your weakness in "limited aerospace certifications" means any scope growth will delay delivery.

How It Works

Six phases. One coherent system.

Every phase builds on the last. Nothing is subjective. Nothing gets lost. And the AI does the heavy lifting on goal creation.

01

Phase 01

All-Hands Brainstorming

The executive generates a survey link and distributes it to trusted customers and employees. Every person submits their own Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats — named, not anonymous. AI immediately screens submissions for quick-win operational items and routes them to a separate improvements punch list.

02

Phase 02

Executive Ranking

The Executive and leadership team review all submissions and select the top 3 items in each SWOT category — 12 items total. They rank each one: Significant, Good, Average, or Minimal. This conversation happens in the room, not in the software.

03

Phase 03

Algorithmic Scoring

Leadership answers targeted questions that reveal hidden connections: which strengths unlock opportunities, where weaknesses expose risk, and how to defend against threats. The system intelligently synthesizes these relationships to surface your highest-impact initiatives.

04

Phase 04

Crystal Clear Results

The engine surfaces four output sections: your marketing priorities, your best executable opportunities, your most urgent improvement areas, and an honest threat assessment — including what you can fight and what to let go. Every item is plotted on an effort/impact quadrant map.

05

Phase 05

Initiative Goal Setting

Choose from the top 6 surfaced initiatives. Upload resources — RFQs, PDFs, email threads, URLs — and AI generates a full SMART goal for each: Specific scope, Measurable checklists, Actionable best practices, Relevant warnings against scope creep, and Time-bound deadlines.

06

Phase 06

Execution Accountability

Initiative Leads see their assigned goals on a personal dashboard. Checklist items track completion. Green/Yellow/Red checkpoints surface blockers before they become failures. Leaders can reassign, retrigger AI, and run cross-cycle trend comparisons.

The Challenge

The hard way vs the StokeForge Strategy™ way

Consultant-led strategy leaves your team dependent and without buy-in. Build internal accountability with a process that stays when the consultant leaves.

The old way

  • $20,000 consulting engagement. A polished slide deck delivered six weeks later. No plan follow-up.
  • Vision lives in the CEO's head or on a wall, execution lives in a spreadsheet, or not at all.
  • Companies collect employee and customer surveys but don't know what to do with them.
  • Everyone agrees priorities matter. Nobody agrees on what they are or which ones matter.
  • Strategy reviews happen quarterly. Accountability reviews happen never.

With StokeForge Strategy

  • Structured 6-phase cycle from brainstorm through execution tracking
  • Contributor inputs are gathered. AI names, collates, and organizes
  • Proprietary scoring engine quantifies priorities based on executive (human) feedback
  • AI generates SMART goals from real results and project resources you already have
  • "Initiative Leads" own accountability with live Green/Yellow/Red checkpoints

What Makes It Different

The structured rigor of a strategy engagement — Without the $30,000 invoice and slidedeck full of generic advice.

Consultants charge for frameworks your team forgets. StokeForge Strategy embeds the process so it runs without them.

Proprietary scoring engine

Converts subjective leadership opinions into ranked, quantified priorities. No scores are ever shown to users — just clear ranked output with qualitative labels. The math stays on the server.

AI quick-wins screening

Every employee submission is automatically classified as strategic or operational. Tactical items ("my computer is slow") are routed to a separate morale punch list — so leadership doesn't confuse facility issues with strategic priorities.

Effort / impact quadrant map

Every strategic item is plotted visually — low effort + high impact items surface immediately as "do first." The map gives leadership a single image that replaces a day of whiteboard debate.

AI-parsed SMART goals

SMART is a rigorously defined goal framework — Specific (a clear, bounded scope), Measurable (concrete checkpoints you can verify), Actionable (steps your team can actually execute), Relevant (tied directly to your strategic priorities), and Time-bound (a real deadline with rationale). Upload a document, paste an email thread, or drop in a URL — AI parses it and pre-populates a full SMART goal structure your team can own immediately.

Research-backed warnings

The Relevant section of each SMART goal is a warning system against weakness-driven distractions. Backed by renowned resources such as PMI research, FranklinCovey's 4 Disciplines of Execution, and B2B sales benchmarks — not generic AI fluff.

Stop losing sleep over things you can't control

Most leaders spend real energy worrying about threats their organization statistically cannot influence. Our scoring engine identifies exactly which risks fall into that category and flags them clearly so your team can consciously let them go and redirect that energy toward what actually moves the needle.

User Roles

Four roles. One aligned team.

Every person on your team has exactly the access they need — and nothing they don't.

Admin Executive

Owner

The account owner. Manages billing, users, and all strategic operations. Able to run the assessment cycle. Full access to every cycle, result, and report.

Executive

Operator

Runs the assessment cycle — opens phases, selects priorities, triggers scoring, assigns initiative leads. Multiple seats available on Pro and Consultant plans.

Initiative Lead

Executor

Also known as the "Champion". Owns one or more assigned initiatives. Manages their checklist, sets checkpoint statuses, adds resources, and retriggers AI parsing. Cannot see other initiatives or full scoring.

Contributors

Input

Participate in brainstorming only via a unique link — no account required. Submit SWOT input with their names attached. Links expire when the Executive closes brainstorming.

Pricing

Less than one consulting day. For a full year of structured execution.

Contributors never count toward paid seats. Most consultants charge more per hour than Strategy Pro costs per month.

Common questions about Strategy

What is a "strategy cycle"?
One complete run through the assessment — from employee brainstorm through SMART goal creation and into execution tracking. Starter plans include 2 cycles per year. Pro plans are unlimited.
Who fills out the SWOT analysis?
Everyone on your team contributes to the brainstorm phase via a unique link — no login needed. Leadership then selects the top priorities and answers the 36 key cross-reference questions together. Anonymous submissions are not supported; StokeForge values transparency and accountability.
How long does a full cycle take?
The brainstorming phase is typically open for 1–3 days. The leadership scoring session takes 60–90 minutes. SMART goal creation with AI takes under an hour per initiative. Most companies complete a full cycle in under a week.
What does AI actually do?
AI screens employee submissions for quick-win tactical items (so leadership doesn't confuse "the printer is broken" with a strategic priority), and generates SMART goals by parsing resources you upload — RFQs, PDFs, email threads, URLs. On Starter, goals are generated from SWOT data alone. Pro adds full resource parsing.
Is our data shared with other tenants?
Never. Every database query is scoped to your tenant. The Consultant tier adds a second isolation layer so each client's data is siloed from the others. The proprietary scoring logic runs entirely server-side and is never exposed to the client.
Who is the Consultant tier designed for?
Management consultants and fractional executives who run strategic planning for multiple client companies. You get up to 50 siloed client accounts, branded PDF exports, and cross-client pattern recognition — all from one login.
